{"id":171,"date":"2025-12-30T09:06:41","date_gmt":"2025-12-30T09:06:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ertanunal.com\/?p=171"},"modified":"2025-12-30T09:06:43","modified_gmt":"2025-12-30T09:06:43","slug":"kopruler-de-emekli-olur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.ertanunal.com\/?p=171","title":{"rendered":"K\u00d6PR\u00dcLER DE EMEKL\u0130 OLUR&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Yazan: Ertan \u00dcNAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Eyl\u00fcl 1979<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>67 y\u0131ldan beri \u0130stanbullular&#8217;\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn art\u0131k dinlendirilmek hakk\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130stanbullu\u2019nun g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fant\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir yeri olan tarihi Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i\u2019ni inci bir gerdanl\u0131k gibi s\u00fcsleyen yeni asma k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn birka\u00e7 kilometre \u00f6tesinde, 67 y\u0131ll\u0131k ya\u015fant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n verdi\u011fi yorgunlu\u011fa ra\u011fmen s\u0131k s\u0131k yinelenen onar\u0131mlarla ayakta durmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Halen \u0130stanbul&#8217;da mevcut 4 k\u00f6pr\u00fc aras\u0131nda en ya\u015fl\u0131s\u0131 olan, buna ra\u011fmen \u00fcvey evlat \u00f6rne\u011fi en az bak\u0131m ve \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimiz bu k\u00f6pr\u00fcden \u00f6nce de Hali\u00e7\u2019te \u00e7e\u015fitli tarihlerde k\u00f6pr\u00fcler yapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ancak bunlar sonuncusu kadar uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gemilerden Yap\u0131lan K\u00f6pr\u00fc<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019da ilk k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn, fetih \u00f6ncesi, Bizans\u2019\u0131n en parlak \u00e7a\u011flar\u0131nda \u0130mparator I. J\u00fcstinyen taraf\u0131ndan Hali\u00e7\u2019te yapt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmekte, ancak k\u00f6pr\u00fc hakk\u0131nda tarihlerde ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bilgiye rastlanmamaktad\u0131r. Hali\u00e7\u2019te, \u00f6zellikleri ve yeri bilinen ilk k\u00f6pr\u00fc, fetih gemilerinden yararlan\u0131larak yapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sultan II. Mehmet \u0130stanbul\u2019u ku\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131rada, Bizansl\u0131lar, T\u00fcrk donanmas\u0131n\u0131n giri\u015fini engellemek amac\u0131yla Hali\u00e7\u2019in giri\u015fine kal\u0131n bir zincir \u00e7ekmi\u015flerdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu zincir y\u00fcz\u00fcnden donanma limana giremiyor, bu da ku\u015fatman\u0131n neticesiz kalmas\u0131n\u0131n etkenlerinden biri oluyordu. G\u00fcnler ge\u00e7ti\u011fi halde ku\u015fatman\u0131n h\u00e2l\u00e2 sonu\u00e7lanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6ren Fatih, Sultan, \u00fcst donanmayla karadan \u00e7ektirip Hali\u00e7\u2019e indirdikten sonra askerlerin kolayl\u0131kla Hali\u00e7 surlar\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcne gelebilmeleri i\u00e7in burada ge\u00e7ici bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc olu\u015fturdu. Tophane yoluyla Hali\u00e7\u2019e indirilen gemilerden 40\u2019\u0131, halatlarla birbirine ba\u011fland\u0131ktan sonra kalaslar d\u00f6\u015fenmi\u015f, 5 askerin rahatl\u0131kla ge\u00e7ebilece\u011fi bir ge\u00e7it k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftu. Ayvansaray yak\u0131nlar\u0131na bir gece i\u00e7inde kurulan k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn imhas\u0131 i\u00e7in Bizans \u0130mparatoru\u2019nun verdi\u011fi emir, b\u00fcy\u00fck can kay\u0131plar\u0131 pahas\u0131na ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilemedi. K\u00f6pr\u00fc g\u00f6revini yerine getirdikten sonra Fatih taraf\u0131ndan kald\u0131rt\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Leonardo Da Vinci\u2019nin Projesi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Askeri bir gaye ile kurulan ve bu gayenin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesinden sonra hizmeti sona eren bu k\u00f6pr\u00fcden sonra Hali\u00e7 uzun bir s\u00fcre k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcz kald\u0131, Beyo\u011flu yakas\u0131 ile \u0130stanbul taraf\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131 kay\u0131klarla sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130mparatorlu\u011fun geni\u015fleme d\u00f6neminde Sultan II. Beyaz\u0131t, insan ve e\u015fya nakline yarayacak bir k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn yap\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli ki\u015filerle temasa ge\u00e7mi\u015f, bu arada \u00fcnl\u00fc \u0130talyan sanatk\u00e2r Leonardo Da Vinci gen\u00e7 padi\u015fah\u0131n bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenince bir mektupla kendisine ba\u015fvurarak bu alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak istedi\u011fini bildirmi\u015fti. \u00dcnl\u00fc tarih\u00e7imiz rahmetli Haluk \u015eehsuvaro\u011flu\u2019nun bir eserinde belirtti\u011fine g\u00f6re Leonardo Da Vinci mektubunda yapmay\u0131 tasarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn 350 metre uzunlu\u011funda, 25 metre geni\u015fli\u011finde olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyordu. K\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn deniz y\u00fczeyinden y\u00fcksekli\u011fi, alt\u0131ndan yelkenlilerin rahat\u00e7a ge\u00e7ebilmesi i\u00e7in 41 metre olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Ne var ki bu proje ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#8230;Ve Hali\u00e7\u2019te \u0130lk K\u00f6pr\u00fc<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hen\u00fcz bilinmeyen, tarihin karanl\u0131klar\u0131nda kalm\u0131\u015f nedenlerle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilemeyen bu projeden sonra Hali\u00e7\u2019e bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc yap\u0131m\u0131 i\u015fi, \u00e7e\u015fitli padi\u015fahlar zaman\u0131nda tekrar ele al\u0131nd\u0131ysa da bunlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc sonu\u00e7suz kald\u0131. \u0130stanbul ilk k\u00f6pr\u00fcye ancak 1836 y\u0131l\u0131nda kavu\u015ftu. Bat\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fck reformlar\u0131yla tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f Sultan II. Mahmut zaman\u0131nda halk\u0131n da \u0131srar\u0131yla Hali\u00e7\u2019te ilk k\u00f6pr\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Planlar\u0131n\u0131 Kaptanpa\u015fa Ahmet Fevzi Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7izdi\u011fi bu k\u00f6pr\u00fc birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131 sallardan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015fti. K\u00f6pr\u00fc yan yana iki araba ile iki y\u00fckl\u00fc beygirin rahat\u00e7a ge\u00e7ebilmesine olanak verecek geni\u015flikteydi. K\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn alt\u0131ndan gemilerin ge\u00e7ebilmesi i\u00e7in iki b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6z yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bizzat Sultan II. Mahmut taraf\u0131ndan 1836 y\u0131l\u0131nda t\u00f6renle hizmete a\u00e7\u0131lan k\u00f6pr\u00fcden ge\u00e7enlerden padi\u015fah ferman\u0131 \u00fczerine para al\u0131nm\u0131yordu. K\u00f6pr\u00fcye de bu nedenle <strong>\u201cHayratiye\u201d<\/strong> k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc ad\u0131 verildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sultan Mahmut\u2019un \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra tahta \u00e7\u0131kan Sultan Abd\u00fclmecit, Topkap\u0131 Saray\u0131 yerine Y\u0131ld\u0131z ve Dolmabah\u00e7e saraylar\u0131nda oturmay\u0131 tercih etti\u011finden, k\u00f6pr\u00fc trafi\u011fi artm\u0131\u015f, g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne eskiyen Hali\u00e7 k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc de ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaz olmu\u015ftu. Taht saray\u0131n\u0131 yani Topkap\u0131&#8217;y\u0131 bu saraylara yakla\u015ft\u0131rmak isteyen Sultan Abd\u00fclmecit bu ama\u00e7la Emin\u00f6n\u00fc ile Karak\u00f6y aras\u0131nda bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi. Ancak hazinede bu in\u015faat i\u00e7in para yoktu. Buna ra\u011fmen Sultan Abd\u00fclm<sup><\/sup>ecit karar\u0131nda direndi ve \u015fehirdeki t\u00fcccar ve sarraflara ba\u015fvurarak onlardan bor\u00e7 almak suretiyle in\u015faat i\u00e7in gerekli paray\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Tersanede yapt\u0131r\u0131lan ve dubalar \u00fczerine kurulan bu ah\u015fap k\u00f6pr\u00fc 1845 y\u0131l\u0131nda hizmete girdi. Tersanede yapt\u0131r\u0131lan dubalar \u00fczerine oturtulan bu ah\u015fap k\u00f6pr\u00fc 500 metre uzunlu\u011fundayd\u0131. K\u00f6pr\u00fc kenar ayaklar\u0131ndan ortaya do\u011fru y\u00fckseliyor, sonra yine ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde iniyordu. Bunun nedeni ortas\u0131na gemilerin ge\u00e7mesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan ge\u00e7itti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yap\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u0130stanbullular aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck sevin\u00e7 yaratan k\u00f6pr\u00fcden halk padi\u015fah\u0131n iradesi \u00fczerine \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn s\u00fcreyle paras\u0131z olarak ge\u00e7ti. Bu k\u00f6pr\u00fcye, ilki daha \u00f6nce Unkapan\u0131\u2019nda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fundan <strong>\u201cYeni K\u00f6pr\u00fc\u201d<\/strong> ad\u0131 verilmi\u015fti. \u00dc\u00e7 g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fccretsiz ge\u00e7i\u015ften sonra k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn giderlerini kar\u015f\u0131layabilmek amac\u0131yla <strong>\u201cM\u00fcruriye\u201d<\/strong> ad\u0131 verilen bir ge\u00e7i\u015f \u00fccreti al\u0131nmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Bu \u00fccret \u201cPiyadesekman\u201d yani yayalar i\u00e7in 5 para, y\u00fckl\u00fc hamallar i\u00e7in 10, bo\u015f beygirler i\u00e7in 20, y\u00fckl\u00fc beygirler i\u00e7in 40 para olarak belirlenmi\u015fti. Bu \u00fccretin al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u015flemi 1930 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130lk Galata k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn yap\u0131lmas\u0131yla ya\u015fant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 o g\u00fcne kadar birbirinden kopuk ve i\u00e7e d\u00f6n\u00fck bir bi\u00e7imde s\u00fcrd\u00fcren \u015fehrin iki b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, Beyo\u011flu ile \u0130stanbul, b\u00f6ylece bir su \u00fcst\u00fc ge\u00e7idi ile birbirine ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f oluyordu. \u0130lk Galata k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc be\u011fenmeyen ve onun zamanla h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00fcstelik h\u0131zla eskidi\u011fini g\u00f6ren Sultan Abd\u00fclaziz 1863 y\u0131l\u0131nda onun yerine daha geni\u015f ve \u015fekil olarak da ilkine oranla daha zarif bir ah\u015fap k\u00f6pr\u00fc yapt\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve eski Galata k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc de iyice harap olan Unkapan\u0131 k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc yerine \u00e7ektirmi\u015fti. Bu y\u00f6ntem kendisinden sonraki padi\u015fahlar zaman\u0131nda da uygulanacakt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u0131g\u0131rd\u0131\u00e7\u2019\u0131n K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Galata k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, Unkapan\u0131\u2019na nakledilip yerine yenisi monte edildi\u011fi s\u0131rada M\u0131g\u0131rd\u0131\u00e7 ad\u0131nda Cezayirli bir \u015fah\u0131s, para kazanmak amac\u0131yla Ayvansaray\u2019la Piripa\u015fa aras\u0131nda bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc yapt\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, ancak bu k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6mr\u00fc sadece 10 g\u00fcn s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u00d6zel te\u015febb\u00fcs\u00fcn \u00f6nc\u00fclerinden olan bu a\u00e7\u0131kg\u00f6z i\u015fadam\u0131, Galata k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcnden al\u0131nan ge\u00e7i\u015f \u00fccretinin g\u00fcnl\u00fck toplam\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenince kuraca\u011f\u0131 bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc ile kendisinin ayn\u0131 geliri sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ummu\u015f, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede zengin olma h\u00fclyalar\u0131 i\u00e7inde k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015fti. &#8220;Yahudi K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8221; \u015feklinde adland\u0131r\u0131lan bu k\u00f6pr\u00fc 350 metre uzunlu\u011funda olup bu b\u00f6lgede su s\u0131\u011f oldu\u011fundan ah\u015fap kaz\u0131klar \u00fczerine yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak \u00e7evrede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kay\u0131k\u00e7\u0131lar i\u015fadam\u0131 M\u0131g\u0131rd\u0131\u00e7\u2019\u0131n zengin olma h\u00fclyalar\u0131na &#8220;Ge\u00e7imlerini&#8221; engelledi\u011fi ve ekmek paralar\u0131n\u0131 ellerinden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 gerek\u00e7esiyle k\u00f6pr\u00fcy\u00fc yakarak bir gece i\u00e7inde k\u00fcl ettiler. Giri\u015fimi ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131kla sonu\u00e7lanan M\u0131g\u0131rd\u0131\u00e7\u2019\u0131n ak\u0131beti ise bilinmiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tahta K\u00f6pr\u00fc Yerine Demir K\u00f6pr\u00fc<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1863 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapt\u0131r\u0131lan ikinci Galata k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc de ah\u015fap oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u00e7abuk y\u0131pranm\u0131\u015f ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede kullan\u0131lmaz hale gelmi\u015fti. Bu durumu g\u00f6ren Sultan Abd\u00fclaziz ayn\u0131 yerde bu kez demir bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc yapt\u0131rmaya karar verdi. Georgew Wals ad\u0131ndaki bir \u0130ngiliz taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lan ve 105 bin alt\u0131na mal olan bu k\u00f6pr\u00fc ayn\u0131 zamanda a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r kapan\u0131r ilk k\u00f6pr\u00fc olmak \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahipti. 480 metre uzunlu\u011funda ve 14 metre enindeki k\u00f6pr\u00fc, Karak\u00f6y taraf\u0131ndaki Aziziye karakolunun \u00f6n\u00fcnden ba\u015fl\u0131yor, hafif bir e\u011fimle Emin\u00f6n\u00fc meydan\u0131na ba\u011flan\u0131yordu. Dubalardan orta k\u0131sma d\u00fc\u015fen d\u00f6rd\u00fc k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131p kapanan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturuyordu ve bunlar insan g\u00fcc\u00fcyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordu. A\u00e7\u0131lma s\u00fcresi ise 10 dakikayd\u0131. Dubalar\u0131n \u00fczerinde ise \u00e7e\u015fitli d\u00fckk\u00e2n ve gazinolar yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu y\u00fczden iki tarafa yana\u015fan \u015eirketi Hayriye ve Seyrisefain i\u015fletmelerine ait yolcu gemilerinden \u00e7\u0131kan \u0130stanbullular k\u00f6pr\u00fc \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc yaya ge\u00e7meyi tercih ederler, bu arada burada bulunan \u00e7e\u015fitli d\u00fckk\u00e2nlardan ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 giderirlerdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O zamanlar Hali\u00e7 bug\u00fcnk\u00fc gibi bir batakl\u0131\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmedi\u011finden, suyu tertemizdi ve burada ilk deniz hamamlar\u0131 yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 5&#8217;li\u011fi, yani 5 kuru\u015fu bast\u0131ran kendisine bug\u00fcnk\u00fc deyimle bir &#8220;kabine&#8221; kiralayabiliyordu. 1870 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flanan k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn kesin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f tarihi bilinmemektedir. Baz\u0131 tarihlerde 1875 olarak belirtilirken, baz\u0131 kay\u0131tlarda ise Sultan II. Abd\u00fclhamit&#8217;in ilk y\u0131llar\u0131 olarak s\u00f6z edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Emektar K\u00f6pr\u00fcm\u00fcz Yap\u0131l\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Halen onar\u0131mlarla, tadilatlarla ayakta durmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, buna ra\u011fmen verdi\u011fi tehlike sinyalleriyle hepimizin y\u00fcre\u011fini a\u011fz\u0131na getiren emektar Galata k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc ise 1912 y\u0131l\u0131nda hizmete girdi. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn demir olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen yine eskidi\u011fini ve ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6ren Sultan Abd\u00fclhamit 1894 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn yenilenmesine karar verdi. Abd\u00fclhamit bu arada modern bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc projesi yapt\u0131rtt\u0131. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmeyen bu projede ayaklar \u00fczerine oturtulan k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn iki ba\u015f\u0131nda muhte\u015fem kuleler yer al\u0131yordu. K\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fcksekli\u011fi ve ayaklar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k da, deniz vas\u0131talar\u0131n\u0131n rahat\u00e7a ge\u00e7mesine olanak verecek uzunluktayd\u0131. Bilinmeyen nedenlerle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmeyen bu proje yerine, yine dubalar \u00fczerine oturtulan bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc yapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi. D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc Galata k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn yap\u0131m\u0131na bu tarihten iki y\u0131l sonra iktidarda bulunan \u0130ttihat ve Terakki F\u0131rkas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan el at\u0131ld\u0131. 1910 y\u0131l\u0131nda Alman \u201cMan\u201d firmas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flanan k\u00f6pr\u00fc 287 bin alt\u0131na mal oldu ve 14 Nisan 1912 g\u00fcn\u00fc t\u00f6renle hizmete a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Montaj\u0131 Hali\u00e7&#8217;te yap\u0131lan k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn par\u00e7alar\u0131 daha sonra romork\u00f6rlerle yerle\u015ftirilece\u011fi alana getirilmi\u015f, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar aylarca s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>466 metre uzunlu\u011funda ve 25 metre eninde olan k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn hizmete girmesiyle bo\u015f kalan eski demirk\u00f6pr\u00fc yine Unkapan\u0131&#8217;na nakledildi. 1912 y\u0131l\u0131nda hizmete giren d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc ve sonuncu Galata k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 halk aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck sevin\u00e7 yaratm\u0131\u015f ve yap\u0131lan k\u00f6pr\u00fclerin en &#8220;m\u00fctek\u00e2mili&#8221; olarak nitelenmi\u015fti. Devrin \u015fairlerinden \u00dcsk\u00fcdarl\u0131 Talat, halk\u0131n bu duygular\u0131n\u0131 yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 uzun bir kaside ile dile getirmi\u015f ve k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn tarihini <strong>&#8220;K\u0131ld\u0131 ihya seyredin \u0130stanbul&#8217;u cesri cedit&#8221;<\/strong> c\u00fcmlesiyle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devrin yay\u0131n organlar\u0131, k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn yap\u0131l\u0131\u015f haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131na kadar ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde t\u00fcm geli\u015fmeleri yapt\u0131klar\u0131 yay\u0131nlarla halka duyurmu\u015flar, bu arada makalelerde k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u0130stanbul halk\u0131 i\u00e7in ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nem belirtilmi\u015fti. Nitekim devrin \u00fcnl\u00fc dergilerinden &#8220;\u015eehbal&#8221; 15 Nisan 1911 tarihli say\u0131s\u0131nda, k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fczerinden g\u00fcnde 100 bin ki\u015finin ge\u00e7ti\u011fi \u00f6nemli bir ge\u00e7it oldu\u011funu belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 yaz\u0131yordu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;\u0130stanbul halk\u0131 i\u00e7in Galata k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemi \u0130stanbul&#8217;u bilmeyenlere anlatmak biraz zordur. K\u00f6pr\u00fcy\u00fc para vermeden ge\u00e7mek isteyenler, kalabal\u0131ktan yararlanarak i\u00e7eri dalarlar, pe\u015flerinde m\u00fcruriyeciler oldu\u011fu halde bir ko\u015fudur tuttururlard\u0131. T\u0131pk\u0131 bug\u00fcn de Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcnde para vermeden baz\u0131 ara\u00e7lar\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131p gitmesi gibi&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elektrikli tramvaylar\u0131n k\u00f6pr\u00fcden ge\u00e7meye ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan sonra bedavac\u0131lar bu kez bu ara\u00e7tan yararland\u0131lar. \u0130lk kez yayalar i\u00e7in 5 para olarak saptanan ge\u00e7i\u015f \u00fccretleri daha sonraki y\u0131llarda durmadan art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve 1 kuru\u015fa y\u00fckseldi. Din adamlar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenciler, askerler ve tulumbac\u0131lar bu \u00fccretten muaf tutulmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cumhuriyet&#8217;in ilan\u0131ndan sonra da 7 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle devam eden k\u00f6pr\u00fc paras\u0131 1 Haziran 1930 gecesi kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. K\u00f6pr\u00fcden son ge\u00e7i\u015f paras\u0131 \u00f6deyen \u00c7ar\u015f\u0131kap\u0131l\u0131 Nuri Bey oldu. \u00c7ar\u015f\u0131kap\u0131&#8217;da kundurac\u0131l\u0131k yapan bu \u015fah\u0131s, k\u00f6pr\u00fc ba\u015f\u0131nda bekleyenlerin &#8220;Saat 24.00 \u00fc bekle&#8221; uyar\u0131lar\u0131na ald\u0131r\u0131\u015f etmeden kuru\u015fu bast\u0131rarak k\u00f6pr\u00fcy\u00fc ge\u00e7ti. Saat 24.00&#8217;den sonra halk \u00f6nce k\u00f6pr\u00fcba\u015flar\u0131nda m\u00fcruriyecilerin kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kul\u00fcbeleri y\u0131kt\u0131. Daha sonra da k\u00f6pr\u00fc \u00fczerinde serbest\u00e7e gezinerek paras\u0131z ge\u00e7i\u015fin tad\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. K\u00f6pr\u00fc bu tarihten \u00e7ok \u00f6nce miad\u0131n\u0131 doldurdu\u011fundan ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenilir olmaktan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, sadece yayalar taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. T\u00fcrl\u00fc nakil ara\u00e7lar\u0131 emniyetli olu\u015fu nedeniyle di\u011fer k\u00f6pr\u00fcy\u00fc tercih etmekteydiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc Galata k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn tam 61 y\u0131l kullan\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra \u015fiddetli bir f\u0131rt\u0131na sonucu &#8220;Tarihe kar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131&#8221; \u00fczerine buraya yeni ve modern bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc yap\u0131m\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131n a\u011fustos ay\u0131nda ba\u015flayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ldan fazla s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 34 ayda Japon ve Alman firmalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu eser Hali\u00e7\u2019teki k\u00f6pr\u00fclerin en yenisi ve moderni olmak niteli\u011fini korumaktad\u0131r. Raporda 4 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc esasl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde yenilenmedi\u011fi takdirde bir felaketle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fi belirtiliyor, konuya bir an \u00f6nce el konulmas\u0131 isteniyordu&#8230; Ancak bu rapor da \u00f6nemli bir &#8220;Alarm&#8221; i\u015fareti olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen istekler ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu kez k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc hafifletmek amac\u0131yla iskelelerin buradan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi. \u015eirket-i Hayriye devrinden beri, ihtiyar K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;ye \u00e2deta can yolda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapan, onunla \u00e2deta sarma\u015f dola\u015f ya\u015fayan ve ya\u015fant\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7en vapurlar da al\u0131nan kararla onu kaderiyle ba\u015f ba\u015fa b\u0131rakarak uzakla\u015ft\u0131lar. Art\u0131k K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;de &#8220;Vapur&#8221; dedikleri duyulmuyordu. \u0130skele dubalar\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken, K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn y\u00fck\u00fc biraz daha hafifliyordu. Ama art\u0131k k\u00f6pr\u00fc altlar\u0131n\u0131 dolduran o ne\u015feli, hareketli topluluklar yoktu&#8230; Bu topluluklar i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131lan d\u00fckkanlar bir bir kapan\u0131rken, K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn yaln\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha da yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bir Onar\u0131m Daha<\/strong> Halen 28 ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 duba \u00fczerine oturan ve bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yayalar i\u00e7in de 8 dubas\u0131 bulunan Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn Karak\u00f6y y\u00f6n\u00fcnde, K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn kara ile ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in 15 Haziran&#8217;da ba\u015flayan son onar\u0131m siz bu sat\u0131rlar\u0131 okurken bitmi\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130stanbul Belediyesi K\u00f6pr\u00fcler M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ahmet Karaka\u015f, yap\u0131lan onar\u0131mla halen yol seviyesinden 30 santim daha a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da bulunan ve lodoslu havalarda seviye fark\u0131 45 santimi bulan K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn Karak\u00f6y ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yolla ayn\u0131 d\u00fczeye getirilece\u011fini, biraz meyil verilerek ara\u00e7lar\u0131n buradan daha rahat ge\u00e7melerinin sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti ve \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn Karak\u00f6y taraf\u0131 Marmara&#8217;ya do\u011fru 60 santim kaym\u0131\u015f, buradaki ba\u011flant\u0131 kopma raddesine gelmi\u015fti. K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn kara ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve kuvvetlendirmek i\u00e7in 15 Haziran&#8217;da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flad\u0131k.
