Oyuncular, herhangi bir yaz\u0131l\u0131 metine ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmaks\u0131z\u0131n irticalen konu\u015furdu. Dekor yoktu, aksesuar ve sahne yoktu. Klasik bir ortaoyunu, \u201c Giri\u015f \u201c b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcyle ba\u015flar, zurna Pi\u015fekar havas\u0131 \u00e7alarken, Pi\u015fekar, elinde\u201d \u015eak \u015fak \u201c diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan iki dilimli bir de\u011fnek oldu\u011fu halde sahneye gelir ve oyunu a\u00e7ard\u0131. Bundan sonra diyalog b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc gelmekteydi. Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde \u00f6nce Kavuklu ile Pi\u015fekar birbiriyle konu\u015furlar.
