Takvimler 17 \u015eubat 1941&#8217;i g\u00f6sterirken \u00f6nc\u00fc birliklerin Bulgaristan- T\u00fcrkiye s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na varmas\u0131na az bir zaman kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin etraf\u0131ndaki ate\u015f \u00e7emberi daral\u0131yordu. D\u00f6nemin Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smet \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;yi sava\u015f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutmak i\u00e7in ince bir politika izliyor, taraflar\u0131 silah, malzeme gibi isteklerle oyalama yolunu se\u00e7iyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Beklenti t\u00fcm heyecan\u0131yla s\u00fcrerken Alman B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7isi Von Papen&#8217;in 4 Mart 1941 g\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc&#8217;ye sundu\u011fu Hitler&#8217;in mektubu tedirginli\u011fi biraz olsun hafifletti. Almanya&#8217;n\u0131n en kudretli adam\u0131 Hitler, biraz da \u00e7al\u0131ml\u0131 edayla yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bu mektubunda sava\u015f\u0131 kendisinin \u00e7\u0131kartmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia ediyor, Almanya&#8217;n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye sald\u0131rmayaca\u011f\u0131na dair g\u00fcvence verirken \u201c Bulgaristan&#8217;da bulunan Alman birliklerine oradaki mevcudiyetinden yanl\u0131\u015f bir anlam \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in T\u00fcrk s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131ndan uzak kalmalar\u0131n\u0131 emrettim\u201d diyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>\u0130NG\u0130LTERE&#8217;N\u0130N TEKL\u0130F\u0130<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; T\u00fcrk \u2013 Alman ili\u015fkileri, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn de diplomatik dille verdi\u011fi cevapla yumu\u015farken, geli\u015fmeleri dikkatle izleyen m\u00fcttefiklerden \u0130ngiltere, T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in tersanelerinde yap\u0131lan 4 denizalt\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131r oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sava\u015f\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce T\u00fcrkiye ordusunu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek amac\u0131yla \u0130ngiltere&#8217;den 1930 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 yard\u0131mla\u015fma s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi gere\u011fince baz\u0131 taleplerde bulunmu\u015f, 4 denizalt\u0131, 4 muhrip, 12 \u00e7\u0131karma gemisi ve d\u00f6rt u\u00e7ak filosu sipari\u015f etmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u0130ngiltere, tam bu kritik d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrk H\u00fck\u00fcmetine bir mesaj g\u00f6ndererek denizalt\u0131lar\u0131n teslime haz\u0131r oldu\u011funu bildirdi. \u201c Burak Reis \u201c, \u201cMurat Reis \u201c , \u201c Oru\u00e7 Reis \u201c ve \u201c Ulu\u00e7 Reis \u201c adlar\u0131 verilen denizalt\u0131lar ile 4 u\u00e7ak filosunu almak \u00fczere gerekli m\u00fcrettebat\u0131n \u0130ngiltere&#8217;ye g\u00f6nderilmesi isteniyordu. D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, durumu Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131\u011fa bildirmesi \u00fczerine, g\u00f6rev emir- komuta zinciri i\u00e7inde Milli M\u00fcdafaa ( Milli Savunma ) ve M\u00fcnakalat Vekaleti ( Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;na ) havale edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bu arada olu\u015fturulan komisyon, T\u00fcrk donanmas\u0131n\u0131n en se\u00e7kin denizcilerini, sicillerine bakarak saptand\u0131 ve \u0130ngiltere&#8217;ye gidecek olanlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Bu b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6rev i\u00e7in 19 deniz subay\u0131, 63 deniz astsubay\u0131, 68 deniz eri se\u00e7ilmi\u015fti. Kafilede ayr\u0131ca \u0130ngiltere&#8217;ye havac\u0131l\u0131k \u00f6\u011frenimine\u00a0 giden bir hava subay\u0131 ve 20 Hava Harp Okulu \u00f6\u011frencisi \u2013 Ki baz\u0131 kaynaklarda bunlardan 16 s\u0131n\u0131n Kara Harp Okulunu \u00fcst\u00fcn derece ile bitirdikleri i\u00e7in \u0130ngiltere&#8217;de pilot olarak yeti\u015ftirilmesine karar verilen top\u00e7u, piyade, s\u00fcvari, istihkam ve di\u011fer s\u0131n\u0131flardan mezun olduklar\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir \u2013 yeralacakt\u0131. \u0130ngilizler, b\u00f6ylece Almanya&#8217;ya kar\u015f\u0131 kozlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015f, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;yi kendi yanlar\u0131na \u00e7ekmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131. Ama bir \u015fartlar\u0131 vard\u0131. Sahiplerine , geminin M\u0131s\u0131r&#8217;a giderek Milli M\u00fcdafaaya ait baz\u0131 malzemeleri T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye getirece\u011fi bilgisi verilmi\u015f, as\u0131l ama\u00e7 gizli tutulmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u0130zzet Dalgak\u0131ran&#8217;\u0131n kaptanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, 28 m\u00fcrettebat\u0131 bulunan Refah \u015eilebi 16 Haziran g\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130stanbul&#8217;dan hareket etti ve 21 Haziran g\u00fcn\u00fc Mersin Liman\u0131na gelerek demirledi. Bu arada alelacele Ankara&#8217;ya giderek Deniz Kuvvetleri&#8217;nden yolluk ve harc\u0131rah\u0131n\u0131 alan denizciler de Mersin&#8217;e gelmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Ancak 40 y\u0131ll\u0131k bu eski gemiyi g\u00f6r\u00fcnce hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na u\u011frad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Refah 1901 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130ngiltere&#8217;de Sunderland&#8217;daki tezgahlarda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, 102 metre 20 santim boyunda, 14 metre 80 santim eninde, 7 metre su \u00e7ekerinde bir tekneydi. 1 adet 3 geni\u015flemeli buhar makinesi ile 8,5 mil h\u0131z yapabiliyordu. Ama son y\u0131llarda eskilikten dolay\u0131 h\u0131z\u0131 daha da d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc, Sunderland ad\u0131yla denizlere a\u00e7\u0131lan gemi, birka\u00e7 kez sahip de\u011fi\u015ftirdikten sonra 1931 y\u0131l\u0131nda Barz\u0131lay ve Benjamen Firmas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131n al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, s\/s Persevaranza olan ad\u0131 Refah olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Gemi as\u0131l ama\u00e7 bildirilmedi\u011finden ve alelacele sefere haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan eksiklikler i\u00e7indeydi. Gemide sadece 24&#8217;er ki\u015filik iki filika vard\u0131. Personelle birlikte 200 ki\u015fiyi bulan yolcular i\u00e7in yer de, yatak da, yiyecek de tuvalet de yoktu. Kaynaklarda yerald\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re kafile ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yarbay Zeki I\u015f\u0131n gemiyi gezdikten sonra sefere elveri\u015fli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Ankara&#8217;ya yetkililere bildirmi\u015f, ancak t\u00fcm \u00e7abalar\u0131 sonu\u00e7 vermemi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bu durumda yap\u0131lacak \u015fey gemiyi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yolculu\u011fa uygun hale getirmekti. \u00d6nce iskele ve sancak taraflar\u0131yla, ambar kapa\u011f\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck boy birer T\u00fcrk bayra\u011f\u0131 resmedildi. Gece projekt\u00f6rlerle ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lacak bu kesimler, geminin milliyeti hakk\u0131nda bilgi vermeye yeterliydi. Daha sonra yolcular i\u00e7in Mersin&#8217;deki Deniz Harp Okulu&#8217;ndan \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 yatak al\u0131nd\u0131. G\u00fcverteye alelacele birka\u00e7 tuvalet yap\u0131ld\u0131. Yeterli yiyecek ikmali yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra da gemi harekete haz\u0131r hale getirildi.Gemiye son anda bir \u0130ngiliz subay\u0131 bindi. \u0130rtibat subay\u0131 oldu\u011fu s\u00f6yleniyordu. Kaptan \u0130zzet Dalgak\u0131ran&#8217;\u0131n belirledi\u011fi rotay\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirerek yeni bir rota verdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Denizalt\u0131larla ilgili bu haz\u0131rl\u0131klar s\u00fcrerken politik alanda da beklenmedik geli\u015fmeler olmu\u015f, T\u00fcrkiye ile Almanya 18 Haziran g\u00fcn\u00fc dostluk\u00a0 anla\u015fmas\u0131 imzalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
